All interested exhibitors can apply to exhibit at "The Great Smoke Out", but only 10 - 15 exhibitors are selected based on type of business, professionalism, and overall quality of services and products.

The Great Smoke Out invites only select collectives to exhibit the event in order to bring quality to attendees and safe guard all involved.

Exhibitors must be legally compliant and reliable.

Premium Exhibitors

• Premium exhibitors are partner collectives selected to give away free samples and giveaways

• Appearance in promo video during event

• Shout outs every hour by the entertainment

• Exhibitors guests limited to 5 persons per table

• Double wide booth 

• Option to sell tickets in store front with your business name on ticket (Must be requested 2.5 weeks prior to show)

• Logo in all social media marketing and ads

• Logo placed on all memorabilia

General Exhibitors

• Single booth space 

• Exhibitors guests limited to 3 persons per table/space

• Logo in all social media marketing and ads

• Option to sell tickets in store front with your business name on ticket (Must be requested 4 weeks prior to show)

• Shout out once/twice, pending on number of exhibitors, by entertainment

Equipment and special requests must be disclosed on registration form. Any changes to your booth setup need to be communicated 2 weeks prior to event.
