Our Concierge Representatives are more than customer service, they are the main point of contact for our customers, they must be knowledgable about cannabis and cannabis products, know city shortcuts, give exceptional communication to make sure the customer is happy from order to delivery, exceptional listener, and sometimes more. They pack and deliver orders to the customer when working single shifts. They represent the Transend Brand in front of customers throughout the ordering process.
